Privacy Policy
Effective September 18, 2026
Blackjack University collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not connect to the internet, and nothing you do in it leaves your device.
This policy covers the Blackjack University app for iPhone and iPad.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect, receive, store or share any personal information, and we have no servers that the app talks to. Specifically, the app does not:
- ask you to create an account or sign in;
- collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or any device identifiers;
- include analytics, crash reporting, advertising or any other third-party SDK;
- track you across other apps or websites;
- ask for any device permission, such as the camera, microphone, location or notifications.
What stays on your device
So you can pick up where you left off, the app saves its own state in local storage on your device:
- the number of hands you have played;
- the decisions you were graded on, used for accuracy and your most expensive mistakes;
- a log of past sessions, used for the progress chart;
- your settings, such as the table rules, counting system and sound.
This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.
Purchases
There are no in-app purchases and nothing to buy. The app handles no payment information. Nothing in it is staked, won or lost: you play hands and the app grades how you played them.
Children
The app is not directed at children, and because it collects no data it collects none from children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what it collects, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
