Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Blackjack University apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, and the web version of the game.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, receive, store or share any personal information, and we have no servers that the app talks to. Specifically, the app does not:

• ask you to create an account or sign in;
• collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or any device identifiers;
• include analytics, crash reporting, advertising or any other third-party SDK;
• track you across other apps or websites;
• ask for any device permission, such as the camera, microphone, location or notifications.

What stays on your device

So you can pick up where you left off, the game saves its own state in local storage on your device:

• your play-money chip count, net result and number of hands played;
• the decisions you were graded on, used for accuracy and your most expensive mistakes;
• a log of past sessions, used for the progress chart;
• your settings, such as the table rules, counting system, betting system and sound.

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it. In the web version, clearing the site data in your browser removes it.

Purchases and real money

Chips are play money. There are no in-app purchases, no real-money gambling, and no way to buy, sell, win or cash out anything, so the app handles no payment information.

Children

Blackjack University simulates a casino game and is rated for adults. It is not directed at children, and because it collects no data it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what it collects, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
